Our process is simple and straight forward. Once you send us pictures of the items you are looking to sell, we determine which sales venue is best for your items and get them in front of the right audience. Once items sell, we dispatch payment the following month.

Explore our outstanding collection of original artwork, sculpture, furniture and objets d’art crafted by renowned local and international artists and makers, along with handcrafted oriental rugs from across the globe. This curated selection is showcased in our front building, set in an open rustic gallery within the original carriage house that once stood on the Munson farm.

Our flagship collection, located in our spacious back building, has been a highlight since our opening in 2010. Here, we showcase top-quality, designer furnishings, lighting, prints, and posters at a fraction of their original price. We offer a diverse range of styles to appeal to a wide audience with varying tastes. The selection is constantly evolving and provides an exciting buying experience!

We’ve recently introduced Hausmart, our discount furniture consignment option for “almost perfect” pieces! This store offers exceptional value, with items priced to sell fast. Visit frequently to discover the latest finds!

The Selling Process
1.
Pictures
Send pictures of the items you are looking to sell to Kevin at 802-377-7534. Here, we will make a determination about whether or not your piece would make a good fit for any of our sales channels. Please include your name and address when sending us pictures.
2.
In-person Appointment
If the piece looks like something we can help with, we will schedule an in-person appointment at your home. We will assess the condition of the items and determine which sales channel would be most appropriate.
3.
Pick-up
We conduct the pick-up in a professional manner and carry insurance to cover any mishaps that may occur. We can accommodate large pick-ups by working with some of our preferred third parties in our area.
4.
Sale and Settlement
The month following the sale of an item in our store or when payment is received from our other sales channels, we dispatch payment to you net of our fees. Below, you can learn more about our fee structure.
